UV Jones IV service-related text messaging. Effective date: 8 September 2026.
About the service
UV Jones IV uses Ruby to send and receive text messages through +1 (432) 220-2228. Texts respond to your enquiries or relate to retained consultancy and legal services in the usual course of business. This may include communications about your enquiry or ongoing matter. No unsolicited or marketing texts are sent. The same US-number service may be used for relevant US and UK clients; there is no separate UK-number programme.
Your agreement and message frequency
When you request a text response or agree to receive service-related texts from UV Jones IV, these terms apply. Visiting this website or providing contact details alone does not enrol you in recurring messages. Message frequency varies according to your enquiry or matter.
Stop receiving messages
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent you the message. You will receive a confirmation of your unsubscribe request, after which no further programme messages will be sent. To resume texts, sign up again through the original opt-in process or contact us to arrange a fresh opt-in.
